1. Seems like a very light sentence for lying to FBI.
   What exactly did he lie about?… that he had contact with the professor, whom he did not know at the time was an FBI planted informant?
   Did he not, therefore, try to mislead the invesigation, therefore is obstructing justice?
   Or… did he provide critical information to the investigation, and therefore could not be charged with obstruction.
