There are no mitigating factors, the woman was an evil grifter. She spent millions of Theranos $ using her "legal" team to attack anyone who brought up questions about the efficacy of their testing mode. Theranos voided two years of blood test results. Oh, and don't get me started about the "voice".

How is what Holmes did different than mandating a vaccine that does not work as promised? When will Fauci be charged?
