The people who drafted the legislation should be investigated to ascertain whether or not they acted with knowledge that the new laws could have this impact. The DOJ should act publicly on this issue. If they do not, it signals this behavior is acceptable

Ask Republican voters to vote for Democracy. These politicians should be required to submit to psychiatric exams and literacy test for reflecting the comprehension of the constitution for which they will be sworn to uphold. That should be included in the voter's protection act. Next winter when the lights go out and the federal government has to step back in again, they will only have themselves to blame. In my opinion
