So I wouldn’t put it past the targeting being done by the above individuals. My phone is hacked so this message is probably being sent right to them. My neighbor across the street is a sheriff also, we don’t have to much to say, an occasional wave. People I know are so afraid when I come over to there houses once I’ve explain the situation, most wouldn’t have believed it until this show and many other’s. 16. I am a victim of gangstalking from Ethiopia. Over the recent five weeks, I used to hear very high pitch sound (you can listen to it using the link at the bottom), every day around 5:55 AM and 6:45 PM; the noise lasts 15 minutes in both occasions, but the source of the sound couldn't be found.

    Previously (for about 4 years) I used to hear it less frequently at my office and 3 different places I resided.

    After I became aware that the noise is similar to a strange sound that victims of Havana Syndrome were listening, I started filming and disclosing it to people. Since, September 9, 2021 the sound has disappeared, but I have symptoms similar to illnesses caused by the Havana Syndrome.

34. Keep it simple and get back to basics. Sound is powerful regardless of the pitch. We all use cell phones with directional speakers. Sounds can impact the heart, blood vessels and nerves. The effects will vary from person to person and depend on the type of sound, the environment, it's intensity and duration. Sound can motivate or deter. Once sound ceases it leaves no trace. This is a human resources issue! A very close look at the human network around these events, the people, their associations, time frames and subsequent events would be prudent. 40. It seems like this must be electromagnetic radiation (EMR) applied with what we call DEW (directed energy weapon). We use DEW for things like setting up an invisible perimeter, where it heats the water molecules right in the skin and burns if a subject tries to enter it. It's very effective when that frequency is used, only going into the top of the skin & causing pain but no long term effects. However, I get the impression that this DEW with Havana Syndrome involves a different frequency that is somehow penetrating the skull.

    The military should be able to engineer counter measures like a special helmet that blocks EMR.
