9. From what I’ve read the the chief of staff for the academy is using the excuse that this isn’t as serious because they would never cheat in an in person exam, which is the most absurd thing I’ve heard.

10. When the commander in chief cheats everyone under him thinks it's OK for them to cheat too. They should not get probation They should be expelled and barred from ever becoming officers. Any transcripts sent out on their behalf should have stamped in big red letters than they cheated and they should be required to pay the expense of their education thus far through military service as enlisted soldiers.

    Dismiss all of them. No exceptions. Bar them from enlistment in any branch of the military in the future. An oath has to mean something.
