26. This is the same method that an Australian genealogists showed the California police dept how to catch the golden state killer.
    So its not so much new technology,, it's the Genealogical methods that they use. DNA testing is exactly the same police are trying to claim credit for something that genealogists have been able to do for quite a long time, just shows you our police a really not up-to-date as much as we think and it shows you that perhaps most of our government employees should actually go on the DNA database themselves.

41. It's a mistake to just assume this man is guilty based on this. If I was a juror, I would require more than this to convict. I've seen the mistakes made with DNA science. In fact, the father of DNA Forensics Dr. Peter Gill wrote a book about it.
