14. I've been doing some research on private healthcare quotes. All of a sudden they offer plans with 0 deductibles. Thats exactly what we needed for years! Even the monthly premiums are reasonable, considering that they are sold individually outside of employer benefits. Some offer 2 doctor visits per year and others offer up to 12 a year. If they just keep the deductibles at 0, we wouldn't need to socialize! I mean, at one time, deductibles was from 1,000 to 2,500, to be so called affordable and up to 5,000 which was ridiculous all together when you need to see a doctor or get hospitalized, not to mention the cost of medicine and equipment such as a CPAP. This is an extreme burden on working people who's income is well below the national average of 36,000 a year. Further more, sky high prices is the reason why there are a lot of people developing illnesses other than unhealthy eating habits and what we are breathing every day, though thrill seekers deserve to pay the ultimate price of insurance seeing that they put themselves at risk just for kicks. High cost of health insurances discourages low income workers to do their annual physical, preventive maintenance or go to the doctor when they fall ill. At one time, I recall just one visit for any reason will cost a third of your monthly earnings. If you need to visit the emergency room, you are screwed. It don't sound much, but it is when you have a family to take care of. Bottom line, in another case in this scenario, prison inmates have superior health care that can be on par with the health care that is given to presidents and other White House officials payed by the tax payers. Now how bazaar is that when tax payer health care is being compromised and structured with restrictions that cost us a huge portion of our living wages plus the taxes that we are paying that includes superior health care for inmates? I don't know about other people, but this is what is bothering be with the cost of health care. Its not worth it to go to jail for health care, but inmates don't know how good they have it with meals, board and health care. So why they act like savages in prison is a mystery to me.

    Georgia Homeowner Fatally Shoots Three Masked Teens Who Tried To Rob Him

    Three teenagers were shot and killed during a robbery attempt just after 4 a.m. on Monday (September 16) morning in Conyers, Georgia. Police say the teens approached three people outside of their home wearing masks and tried to rob them. When the three individuals refused to hand over any money, one of the teens pulled out a gun and started shooting. The homeowner returned fire, striking the three teens. One of them was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two died at the hospital.
    Family members identified two of the teens as 16-year-old Isaiah Reid and his 15-year-old brother Jaime Hernandez. The third teen has not been identified but was 15 years old.

    Police recovered two guns at the scene but did not say who owned the weapons. Neighbors say the homeowner was a truck driver who owned a semi-automatic rifle.
    Police have not charged the homeowner with a crime and say that this is likely a case of self-defense under Georgia's stand your ground law.
