  1. This whole other level of an ongoing active murder cover up. This amount of maintenance and effort in emailing. Second version I've now seen of this and I'm just dumbfounded. To even think of this… we have premeditated but what is this?!

  2. Love these stories, but I don’t get to see it all. Can’t use the link either as I’m in Australia! 😢

  3. So Chris didn’t want to sign the settlement cause he know that Ed was a con man…. So Ed killed Chris and made it seem like Chris was still alive. Some of this stories seems to be made up, but sadly their are true…. Rest In Peace Chris….

  4. It’s Weiss to me that the family was not that concern about not seeing Chris in person or get a regular phone or video call. It seems to me that Chris family was more interested in the money 💴 that the company was making.

  5. As a mom…I get very pissed at my kids for not calling me at least sometimes. They like to text but that creates confusion in what's being said and you lose so much w/o voice inflexion. It's hard to be alone w an empty nest. Hearing from my kids helps me cope with being alone.

  6. Poor people get long sentences for fairly petty crimes

This joker avoided prison time, by conning the DA
How ridiculous can it get ?

  7. There is a moral to this story, and that is “if it sounds to good to be true, then it almost always is.” This lead plan, was just too easy for them to make money. I mean they were making a million dollars a month. Life isn’t that easy, especially in this day and age. It’s unfortunate that Chris Smith didn’t realize he was “playing with fire” with this business venture! If he did he would still be alive today. Rip chris smith!

  8. First of all even if Chris was a free spirit and blah blah blah, who lets their child/sibling disappear like that?!! What in the hell! Why did it take months for them to realize something was off?

  9. Absolutely horrible
He robbed the company blind because of his own greed and then murdered him to cover it up. May Shin gets all he deserves in prison

  10. I’m too distracted by the “hard hitting” journalist’s frozen gel head to pay attention to the story.

  11. Their “business” was a scam – lead by scammers who would later burn that cash on champagne, cars, girls.. and then when money started running out they both got hella greedy and started fighting for last pieces of 🍖

  12. The story line, from where I am listening, and watching, it doesn't not add up. EXAMPLE, Chris, returned just in time to disagree/agree to sign the so call gambling settlement; hence, not to be seen by his family again?
How come the sister in law is more aware of her husband's brother, personal professional activities more than her husband? Was the marriage arranged?

  13. If I ever die I hope I’m never on one of these they use people’s death as entertainment

  14. Matt Murphy is a bull dog DA he is the male version of Kelly seagler if you had them on you back your f….d top guy I have great respect for him especially when he nailed Rodney elcala sorry if I spelt the name wrong.

  15. Ed shin is a POS!!! He also bought a sports memorabilia store and when it came time to pay, he couldn’t so the owners filed a lawsuit. Then he hired someone to do a violent home invasion but luckily they backed out.

  16. Did anyone else get the impression that the Smith's were dumber then hell and probably high all the time?

  17. I loathe the person who posts these segments. Enter 2017, yes because back then people put the parts in the details. It’s 2020 NO EXCUSE

  18. cant get over an entire family being ok with letting their beloved brother, son leaving on a whirlwind sailing trip without a call or face-to-face meeting. And then not demanding a phone or video call at any time..

  19. I love how they’re trying to make the whitemen innocent !!
Chris knew everything from the beginning and only turned on his PARTNER when it was his money !!!! Glad Chris is gone

  20. Ed handles all the paperwork and bank accounts…. wtf 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

  21. Call your family and friends when you feel something is off…Insticts don't lie. They are your first line of defense.
    Rest in Peace Chris.

  22. its hard for me to feel bad for Chris when he entered into such a shady business that makes its millions by tricking and deceiving people. he made a deal w/ the devil and he paid for it.

  23. So nobody in the family demanded a phone call ¿ even the lawyer received that email rather a call or meeting. Not talking to your brother or a mother doesn’t talk to her son that’s traveling, sure but he can still call. If they suspected anything which I would..ask him a question only Chris would know.

  24. The Pat LaLama lady is completely unnecessary in this entire series. She's loud, she repeats only everything that's already established so far, and provides nothing of value to this story.

  25. Ed had a punchable face before I realized he murdered his business partner. Now, I personally want to beat the living hell out of the smarmy little POS. He basically betrayed anyone and everyone that had anything to do with him. Throw away the key….
