  1. Sometimes I feel like people just talk about how bad mental health is but nothing is ever done about it. 🤔

  2. 😅 No matter how hard you train, if your diet is poor you probably won't make any significant progress. You can't out-train a bad diet and I can't emphasize this enough. If you struggle to create a good diet plan for yourself, there are many apps/sites that will do the job and I highly recommend you to try this method first, it might just save your life 👉 https://tinyurl.com/miracle-weight-loss-2021 👈

  3. As someone who was recently diagnosed with GAD i can definitely relate. My anxiety and depression was so bad that 3 different health professionals told me to take a semester off from college so I did. Those who feel the same you are not alone.

  4. Pretty sure mental health in college aged people in general is not in a good place. Pandemic or no pandemic.

  5. Program all mind settings to PRAYERFUL of Positive approach by doing common goodness. to make our life safety from.be hopeful and joyful. GOD FATHER ALMIGHTY still working cleansing the whole world surprisingly. HIS JUDGEMENT IS HOLY..GODBLESS ALL ADAPTED CHILDREN OF GOD THRU BAPTISM in order for us to received the HOLY SPIRIT to be HIS OWN… .

  6. My university took away our spring break, only giving us 1 day off so that they could still call it 'spring break'. While I understand their decision to do this was with consideration to the spread of COVID and the possibility that students would travel or participate in social gatherings during a lengthier time off, a very large portion of the university's enrolled students have been studying off campus because of the pandemic. It's making being academically successful more difficult, because yes, we are lonelier and more depressed, not to mention the graduating class has a significant loss in their hope for the future. They're about to enter a world with a very dire employment and housing situation, so personally, while I respect the university's decision, I do believe it is further detrimental to the mental health of their student body. Mental health is important as well as physical health, I just honestly think the university actually cares more about its reputation than it does its students, which is why it opts to prioritize what is more visible to the public.

  7. 😔 Colleges is challenging for any student.

As a disabled student in the mind 2000's, I can concur. It took me 4 years to get a 2 year degree.

A disabled person going to college is very brave. COVID has provided a challenge for every student.

    Godspeed °~.☆.~°
