5. Spirit can't service those flights because Spirit has had financial problems and has long since known about it; even before they sold tickets for those flights.

6. If Spirit tries to file for bankruptcy having taken those peoples money knowing that airline couldn't service those flights due to the financial problems that airline has then that is criminal. Its theft.

7. Get on Amtrak. You might be on an Amtrak for 24 hours but at least you can lay back in your seat, have restroom access and get to your destination. Sometimes, you may even have to go to a neighboring smaller airport with less traffic and hop your way home.

8. Is renting a car and driving home not an option?

23. Flew on Spirit a few times in the 90's, worse F**** airline there is. Never on time or delayed flight 3 plus hrs right before boarding.
