CBS lawyers tried using filmed footage showing Eliza cursing off camera to make her look bad but it backfired because it also captured the reason for her cursing…the show's star making lewd, sexual comments of her to cause her to respond in such manner. So Michael Weatherly is not that innocent & Eliza is a victim here & continues to be as she is further victimized by people's cruel comments. If I were Eliza, I would demand as part of the settlement that they also provide her with video clips of Weatherly's transgressions so that she can air them & show the world what kind of person Michael Weatherly really is.
