I've seen comments that say Brian is in the area of his home and sneaks in at night to get supplies. Yeah right. He's not in Florida anymore. But IF he were still in his neighborhood, he could be getting short messages from his folks by scanning for WiFi signals. He could be on the next block and his parents can change the router name to a short sentence to give him info. Damn I'm sneaky. 😀
SUGGESTION: Haul in Brian's parents and hold them indefinitely on charges of harboring and helping a fugitive to escape justice. With Brian's parents jailed, he's surely to turn himself in. This is because I do believe his parents have been helping his flee justice from Day One.

Could Brian have purchased more that one phone? Like one good phone plus a couple of burner phones, and is switching the "sim cards" in them to throw off traces of his phone. Or had other sim cards ready for this purpose.
They shared Gabby’s phone… he didn’t have an “old phoneâ€Â. That’s probably why they bought that for him, but then realized too traceable and that’s why he left it behind.
