I have a feeling we don't know the whole story here, but a lot of men don't realize that if they have sex with a woman who is intoxicated, she is not in a position to consciously consent, and it's rape. The damage done is really not worth the few minutes of fun.

I don't know what happened here but this is insane. There is no one alive who will forget these people after all the press, and most will always think that they were guilty. There's been way too many things publicised to turn around and say it was all a set up. Maybe it really was, I didn't have an opinion one way or the other. But I had just argued with my brother the other day about Kobe Bryant and this is kind of the same thing. We keep an accuser's name private but we try sexual abuse cases in the media. Which means that an accused offender is always guilty in people's minds. Even if they are never tried and convicted. In my opinion the accused names shouldn't be released until there is a conviction. Because when the claim is false people still walk around with that hanging over their heads. I don't know if these people were guilty or not, but they'll never be able to live a normal life again.

I find it very plausible that they we're framed. It seems ludacris that they would do such a stupid thing,. An attractive, young, wealthy couple could easily find willing paricipants and live a swingers lifestyle if they wanted. But to understand why they would be targeted, u need to truly get just how systemically corrupt our judicial system is. All part of the 16 yr. plan to destroy America. Law enforcement, corrupt DAs and judges, at the local level, would be crucial in implementation.
