    You decide.

  2. Only people with IQ less than 30 who still live in their parents basement believe Parasite won not because of "diversity" bullcrap.

  3. I wish they had mentioned the first woman to win the Oscar for Best Original Score, Hildur Guðnadóttir….

  4. Anybody want to learn movie lines of Parasite??!! 💕 Please come to my channel to learn Korean with PARASITE!!!🤓🤓

  5. Congratulations to Korea, You are the envy of the world. Self reflection and criticism is the highest form of confident. Love from Hong Kong.

  6. It seems Bongs idea of the Oscars being very local influenced the change in the Academy this year. He rarely gets shocked by any movies except by Hitchcock and other great movies. But this year he got shocked by his own movie's sudden success as if it is a movie of his directing life. He said at the last interview that now he needs time to analyze why this happened. ( He expected 1917 to win because he already got the best directors award which was already too much of a shock as the 3rd Oscars.) His 560 interviews for the campaign after the Canes and the Oscars must have been the greatest moments in his life!

  7. Unintended consequences: cheerleaders for diversity who supported this movie end up cheapening the achievement and their chosen symbol of hope. Parasite is probably the most decorated, lauded movie of the year globally, including winning the Palme d’Or at the Canne, diversity shouldn’t even be mentioned, but you know, braindead fans and their ideology driven agendas…

  8. Not denying that diversity is necessary but everybody’s going overboard with it.
Nominate black, white and Asian people or women etc.
Why do we need to move the focus completely from art to race, color, sex, sexual preference etc. etc. etc.
Why can’t we just recognize and give awards based on the work people have done.
Recognize the art and award the artist, not vice versa.
At this rate, soon these awards will lose their dignity.

  9. The fact that’s people pointing out about diversity for an amazing written movie itself really show how racism still a things to these days

  10. Re: Joaquin Phoenix.

Farm animals deserve the same moral consideration as our domesticated companions. You choose, they can't. Go vegan for the billions who are killed every year in the United States. If you wouldn't cut a dog or cat to pieces, then you shouldn't do it to cows, pigs, chickens, ducks, turkeys, etc. "Don't let your outrage for injustice end where your selfishness begins." -Earth Crisis

  11. Making it seem that parasite won just cuz of diversity is a bit of a backhanded compliment. It deserved to win because its a masterpiece.

  12. Director Bong just slightly turn down the Oscars for being more local.. Now Look at him swept the trophies.. What a man!! 😆

  13. Parasite, the winner of the Palme d'Or of Cannes, did not have to prove its masterfulness by the Oscar, rather the Oscar proved itself still worthy by Parasite.

  14. I enjoyed parasite it was really interesting. The characters weren’t bland and had personality and this coming from a white boy who doesn’t watch international films very often.
