28. Why is the term “act of terror” seem only to refer to people from other cultures who attack or create hostage situations? It appears to me that students or anyone who holds another hostage, or causes harm, the “act” should be considered “Act of Terror”. This media mentality of who is considered a terrorist, creates cultural division.
