  1. covid-19 is suppose to be so bad that their letting prisoners out of jail but they want to send children back to school😂

  2. Somebody is lying. str88 up! What about the protestors??? At first people had covid with symptoms now you can get it without any symptoms. How bro? Like stop ruining people’s lives man!!

  3. Glad to see people go back to school. Just sad they can't go in McDonalds after school. Hope those teens learn to drive. I know I will and I'm 31. As soon as I can afford s feasible car with feasible maintenance.

  4. A friend of a friend is a teacher and these are the questions she thinks need answered before schools open.

    • If a teacher tests positive for COVID-19 are they required to quarantine for 2 weeks? Is their sick leave covered, paid?

    • If that teacher has 5 classes a day with 30 students each, do all 150 of those students need to then stay home and quarantine for 14 days?

    • Do all 150 of those students now have to get tested? Are they happening at school? How are the parents being notified? Does everyone in each of those kids' families need to get tested?

    • What if someone who lives in the same house as a teacher tests positive? Does that teacher now need to take 14 days off of work to quarantine? Is that time off covered? Paid?

    • Where is the district going to find a substitute teacher who will work in a classroom full of exposed, possibly infected students for substitute pay?

    • Substitutes teach in multiple schools. What if they are diagnosed with COVID-19? Do all the kids in each school now have to quarantine and get tested?

    • What if a student in your kid's class tests positive? What if your kid tests positive? Does every other student and teacher they have been around quarantine? Do we all get notified who is infected and when? Or because of regulations are parents and teachers just going to get mysterious “may have been in contact” notices all year long?

    • What is this stress going to do to our teachers? How does it affect their health and well-being? How does it affect their ability to teach? How does it affect the quality of education they are able to provide? What is it going to do to our kids? What are the long-term effects of consistently being stressed out?

    • How will it affect students and faculty when the first teacher in their school dies from this? The first parent of a student who brought it home? The first kid?

    • We are choosing to put our teachers in danger. We're not paying them more. We aren't spending anywhere near the right amount to protect them. And in turn, we are putting ourselves and our kids in danger.

    Please copy, paste and share.

  5. Woah its a good thing schools dont have any adults in them like teachers or staff and the students dont have parents either that would have to quarantine for >=14 days when theres inevitably cases at the school. These schools that are reopening physically have IQs that are so high its surprising to learn that >=69% of US college graduates are unable to read. Theyre actually illiterate and the rate is steadily increasing decade over decade. https://www.insidehighered.com/news/2005/12/16/graduated-not-literate#:~:text=For%20those%20with%20at%20least,from%2045%20percent%20in%201992.&text=The%20fact%20that%20Americans%20as,%2C%22%20said%20Schneider%20of%20NCES.

  6. Parent's
In most States there's still the closing of restaurants, churches, movie theaters, bars, gyms etc… But the president is pushing some of our most vulnerable in our population back to school 🏫.This alone should be a huge wake up call asking , What the Hell is Really Going On Here
If you cannot go and watch a movie for roughly 2 hrs, why is there even Any discussion of children going into a environment that will turn into a breeding ground for this virus to jump abroad, putting the world 🌎 in a worst predicament then where we're at NOW!
( 6hrs… 4hrs… or even 2hrs ) it doesn't matter. Better reigns needs to be grasped on this virus before putting children in the mix.
Like I'm asking, W-h-a-t… in the Hell is *Really going on?"* 🤔

  7. 92% of those who actually die are 55 years and older, with comorbidities. That is the science according to the CDC. We are still "following science" right? Or are liberals going to attack the CDC now? Do we have any 55 yr olds in school? Stop trying to make people think cases = deaths. Have your kids wash their hands and don't let them slobber all over you, and all will be well.

  8. I personally think kids should be going back but not when there’s a lot cases. Y’all need to help the kids stay safe because if they bring it home to their parents than there’s more cases

  9. Donald Trump obviously wants us to die , I also feel very bad for the little kids because they not about to social distance may the best immune system win🙂

  10. I’m glad I’m not going to school (like actually going to school) instead my school decided to do online school until November to see if the coronavirus dropped down or not. I think they should do the same :/

  11. I’m not trying to go to school and bring that back to my parents my dad has a lot of issue he had cancer he has diabetes and other stuff why would I want to bring that back to him and not know that he will make it through? That’s scary…

  12. GOOD JOB PARENTS SENDING YOUR KIDS OFF TO SLAUGHTER TO SCHOOL TO GET COVID 19 YOU SHOULD BE PROUD U BELIEVE YOUR SUCH GREAT PARENTS,,, ITS GONNA SUCK SAYING GOOD BYE TO YOUR CHILD WHILE THERE DYEING FACE DOWN ON A RESPERATOR.

  13. In populations with low virus occurrence (like children for example), most positive results will be false positives. that's an indisputable fact. Research Bayes theorem and the false positive paradox. Take Econ 405 at Michigan if you don't believe it. Without knowing the specific test, the rates of false positives and negatives and the dispersion of the virus in the sampled population, the data isn't usable except to instill fear to justify violating your rights. WXYZ-TV Detroit has no backbone and too many liberal guest opinions.

  14. denying more federal Unemployment after the Unemployment system FINALLY works and the school opening is going to cost Trump dearly….don't forget many Stimulus payments are still not paid to injured spouses

  15. Maybe we should conduct school out door classes with distancing and mask.during the good weather days and in winter have it virtual .

  16. Children shouldn’t get back to school.
We can’t put our children at risk.
    No no no….
