23. If you put the videos of the shooting on pause you can see blue lights on people and surrounding areas. The color purple is showing everywhere, some people are black and white, and some fade out or become another shape when it's paused, even the dogs. This has also been happening on world webcams since January. I've been studying Shadow People for a long time and these are their habits.
