1. Builders and people having a home built or rebuilt should heed FEMA advice and build tornado proof homes. They cost the same up front but much lower TCO. Local gov's don't push it either. I keep seeing people say this is climate change but this area is called tornado alley for a reason, The climate is definitely warmer for whatever reason but tornadoes have been bigger and more deadly just in the past few hundred years of records so stop using tragedy as a political tool it’s poor taste.
