Using a wheelchair for moving luggage while a real handicapped person is in need of one. Disgraceful. A grown man should have to get a luggage cart like everyone else. A wheelchair is for the disabled to aid them in getting around, not for a healthy athletic man who disrespects the reason why it is available at airports. He shoukd be fired. I guess an elderly or handicapped person would have to wait until Brendan takes his suitcases to his vehicle before they could get assistance. And this is hoping that he brings the wheelchair back inside but we all know that the wheelchair would have been left outside. Brendan, I understand you have a lot of luggage but wheelchairs are for people who really need them, like my 77-year-old mother.

The real video shows the airline worker not only being the aggressor but also striking the man before being hit with a combination of punches. If it were about the wheelchair he should’ve maintained the focus. He made it personal when he struck the customer and this does not happen to anyone but black guys especially being charged with a crime as a disgruntled customer.
i work for a major airline company . You get irate passengers all the time, they are rude , entitled and usually lack accountability . They think the employee is responsible for the company’s rules. However in no situation, should the employee initiate violence in the work place. Keep your hands to yourself, unless you are prepared to get hands put back on you. United employee was wrong, and he learned his lesson instantly.
