I've been working and sweating my butt off like buffalo at work lately trying to serve everyone and load/unload all passenger bags and clean customer planes quickly at SNA and the travelling public surge isn't helping, employee shortage. Help me help you by bringing less stuff with you so no additional bags could get tagged to be loaded on the plane, and please please please clean up after yourselves I distaste in delaying your flight departure time after someone leaves a big mess for us to clean up.

I work for the ramp for an airline and been there for 2 years and it is such a surge of people but no one wants to work so we are trying to do 3 flights at a time with maybe 5 people max, and the flight attendants and captains are working almost the max number of hours they can do get the planes out, it is just a shortage of people

37. Why do all other industries give you a refund but airlines are allowed to give you vouchers that are statistically never used? Why am I the customer whose paid service has not been met required to financially support a business model that routinely fails to meet its obligations? A voucher is not a refund.
