  9. I'm conflicted. While I do believe that the officer in question never inteded to kill the victim and I do believe that court system should not hand out harsh punishment or long jail time, I also believe that there is discrepency and that black individuals never are given the same consideration. I believe the cop wasn't the only person guilty. It never should have gone in a way that force was used.
