Russia (with or without Putin) will willingly accept negotiation terms once the Russian Z is overturned into N (=Neutralized).
Can't really negotiate with Putin. It's not like Russia is going to pay reparations or give up Crimea.
It is Ukraine who is not negotiating in good faith and even the United States says that now. Ukraine has to realize that they must give up territory and recognize it as new Russian land to end this war and when they are willing to do that then serious negotiations to end the war can happen.
