I'm glad that this story of American history is finally being told even if it's by a white woman!! The fact that she said it must not be done through a white lens means she gets it!!! The movie The color purple came from Spielberg and no one said why are you making a movie about a black woman being domestically abused by a black man!!!! I give her prop' s for wanting to educate whites on real american history.

The history should not be told through a pasty white lens. Omg she missed so much. Tulsa was the wealthiest city in the world. They had provided in world war 1, 2/3 of the oil used. Tulsa became the wealthiest city in the WORLD. I'm so disappointed in this interview.
