With every shooting… the alarmists and "sky is falling" people come out. Facts and logic are usually lacking in their comments. For example, the current US homicide rate (per 100,000 citizens) is LESS THAN HALF of what it was in 1980. And less than even 10 years ago.
As well, the number of police arrest-activities for all crimes has gone down by millions in the past couple decades.
