  3. There's a similar story about a young woman who became depressed after break-up and shot herself in the face and survived. Then guess what she had a face transplant too! I don't know about you but this smacks of fake news in so many levels! They should try something a bit different every now and then. Keep the stories fresh if you know what I mean.

  6. I just watched the entire 20/20 episode, and can't stop crying. What a tragic, yet beautiful story. God bless both of these boys and their families. What's even more incredible is that this popped up in my feed when I needed it most.

  12. All of these suicide attempts are from the gun being placed under the chin. A gun to the temple or the chin will sometimes kill a person, but there’s a good chance of massive facial deformity and permanent blindness in most cases.

A man in my town did that and walked around with half a mind, no eye a monster face, and running pus out of his eye,,,,, stinky and nasty, he did it over a breakup too….. he was handsome before that. They never think what they will go through or what quality of life they will have if they do that and live!!!!Sad and an evil they do to themselves and their families.

  31. How selfish! To call someone over to spend the night, only to have them find your blood splattered everywhere and your brains blown out. Do the people you love a favor and go out to the woods and do it… Let the wild animals feed on you so there is no body to mourn over.

  33. My son shot himself when he was 16. He was educated about guns and gun safety.Never allow underage access to the key to the gun cabinet. My son shot himself over his first love.
