They need to stay locked up. Being homeless isn't an excuse to cause harm to others.

There are three types of homeless, at least form what I’ve seen. There are the crazies, there are the vagrants (lazy) and there are the ones who are just down in their lives and working their way back up to normal. The crazies and vagrant types are the worst. Those need to be put away
So the lesson here is 90 percent of people who kill aren't homeless is that what they are saying

I saw a homeless guy attack a full grown man early on Christmas Day in Salt Lake City. He spun him around and wrestled him to the ground for whatever he had in his hands.
They want to have a home regardless if in jail
It's really sad to see these people getting attacked for no apparent reason .. and especially the lady who dedicated her life to help out homeless community.. and then get killed by the homeless man. sadd..

The solution to the mental illness problems is to stop letting these corporations control the flow of information wherein the TRUE cures are withheld to fatten The AMA's pockets. The true hospitals are often run out of houses wherein the Doctor converted it into a treatment center. Where they use juicing, gardening, hyperbaric treatment,fasting and so forth to cure diseases. There are trillions of dollars in the US treasury, why don't they spend money in creating these type of facilities where illnesses would just vanish from earth? BECAUSE THEY'RE IN THE BACK POCKET OF BIG PHARMA.
