  1. I actually got an Edge 2023 during Memorial Day deals (~$350), well aware that the 2024 was coming out. If you don't mind missing the quick button, having a slightly smaller battery and using Android 13 (to be updated soon) – save some money. The display and charging specs are the same (besides a bit more brightness) and is an all-round solid device. Just know that you'll see the usual hit on both devices in overall photo/video quality due to lower end hardware, no matter the settings, especially when posting to social media.

  2. It's really confusing which phone they're talking about, and this phone is not good.
All of the 2022 phones were worthless.
The edge plus 2023 model was the good one.
This one is again basically useless for the price.
For $100 more you can get a much better phone.
Last year, I got the edge plus 2023 for $699, it came with the 68w charger, a snapdragon 8 gen 2, 512gb storage, 8gb RAM, stock android, very similar to my pixel, so good of a phone, but only available basically at best buy and Amazon. That was their mistake. Otherwise you were getting 2022 version from carriers or elsewhere. Later (October 2023) once the edge 2023 launched it was also this version for the same price as the initial deals on the edge plus!
Now, this year, they're 2 months late delivering their flagship, it's not as good as last year's, and it probably will be the only phone we get better than the new G phones. What a disaster. I will never be able to go back down to a snapdragon 7 after using snapdragon 8 phones. Just cannot do it. I mean the snapdragon 8 phones are already basically worse on every level processing wise than apple phones, I don't see why Android manufacturers keep trying to gimmick their way into users hands instead of just delivering a better phone for more money and reap the rewards of high sales. It seems like every time they actually do deliver a good phone it is hard to find and hard to buy, but whenever they mess up, all the carriers have them available. Samsung is literally the only option this year if you want a premium device. OnePlus 12 is there, but it only has 256gb storage for $799.
I swear, the American market is fixed. Because globally, or in Europe and Asia there's probably 100 different phones with the best processors whether it's the exynos 2400 or snapdragon 8 gen 3, but in the USA it's either last year's phones, or literally 4 brands offering an overpriced device, most of them being hard to find. Or apple. Apple is great but also way too expensive.

  3. I got confused in the beginning of the video. The specifications are very similar to the Edge 50 fusion. Also, we're getting the charger in the box but you're not.
I guess Moto released the same phone with a slightly different name in the USA.
