5. I don't particularly like the phone either ,but i am getting it since my wallet can afford it and is upgradable to 2.1.
   I will see other reviews so i can tell what's up

8. he probably hasn't taken out the battery yet, sometimes smart phones tend to lag a lot when you keep it on all the time, just like a computer.

9. Yeah, I just got mine today and it is not as slow as that one. I like the design and it has not lagged for me. The scrolling works well, and I don't care about the "crippling" that AT&T did. Everything I need is on the phone so I don't need to add a billion apps. The only thing I wish I could add is Skype, but supposedly Skype is working on a version for Android.
