When I read "$179 off contract" on the Android Central site I had to do a double take. Unbelievable. Look at how smooth it runs too. This is perfect for anyone who doesn't want to drop a lot of money on a device, but still wants something fairly stock Android and with decent specs. This is a killer device!

The Moto has a 1.2 ghz snapdragon 400 quad core processor. And with similar look to stock Android, it can run the latest mobile games from Gameloft without any hiccups. Ladies and gentlemen, I call this the iPhone 5c for the Android community.
I believe that this is the device. It will kill the entry level in emerging markets where the Lumia 520 has been boss. This may be what brings back moto from the edge
How does its compare to galaxy nexus.. Which more better? As gnex will never get the kit kat update, the moto g will be receiving the update if im not mistaken..
When Alex was going through the specs and features I was thinking this was a pretty rubbish phone, but then he said the price and suddenly it became much more attractive.
Alright, last Moto G post for now. I'm just so impressed with this device. It looks solid, smooth, and quick while managing to be sold for less than what most phones go for on contract.
Just think. This has the potential to be a free phone on contract. You know those crappy dumbphones of old? Yeah. No more.
Also, at 1:01 I jumped and looked over my shoulder. Curse you, stereo mic and stereo headphones! 🙂
I loved d device… Bt 1 issue… It doesnt have active notifications:(.. coz they used LCD panel in d display… Confussed ..
The lack of Moto X gimmicks is actually a plus in my book. Sure, it's nice to have all these snazy features that you will barely use in your day to day life, but they're not a necessity.
And don't forget KitKat is being planned for the device, as well. With KitKat being made with low-end devices in my mind, the specs on the Moto G seem more than enough for a very capable phone.

You can buy 3 or 4 of this. It's the perfect choice for those who are not power users and want an Android phone that just works right (not like today's low end phones).

Basically a Chinese knockoff phone but made by the same company as the original…how quaint!?
Without the voice controls and active notifications this is just a VERY cheap near nexus device. Should be okay for the average 3rd world consumer .
