  4. I honestly don't see what 5G is going to offer to most people other than making their monthly bill more expensive. You can browse the internet and stream HD video perfectly fine with 4G.

    The people I see it benefitting are content creators (YouTube, other social media) who will be able to upload their videos on the go.

  6. "That is just like… your opinion, man." How dare you say LG failed? Among the ugly square camera modules that Google, Apple and now Samsung Lite are using, LG is a breath of fresh air with all the lenses underneath the flat glass. The dual screen accessory of the G8X to me is far superior than the Galaxy Fold for its durability and versatility. V50 is not a big step from V40 but is no way a bad phone.

  7. 3:30 I'm holding out for Samsung A51 or A71, but some of my family have switched to Y9 Prime, which does have Google Play. But I'm a power gamer, so the cameras don't bother me as much as not having 6 or 8GB RAM.

    10:07 Samsung handily won the budget to upper mid-range segment with the A series, but some countries (like NZ) seriously missed out on better specs (can't get dual sim A70) because the market is flooded with older S series on top of the flagship phones.

  10. I have the Galaxy S10+ which is an awesome phone and I have the Lg G8 which is also a great phone,I don't get why it gets crapped on by channels like this

  11. LG has ran out of ideas and are fading away like HTC, instead of making phones like the Flex they make phones like the G8 with a ugly notch, fat bottom bezel, stupid hand gestures. They can't sell phones based on being the only ones with a HiFi dac. Phone stores dont even stock their phones anymore.

  14. Most underrated smartphone is lg.. First 18:9 ratio screen(lg g6) , first dual camera(g5 or optimus 3D), first penta camera(lg v40 3rear and 2 front) and the only phone for music lover (24bit Quad Dac

  16. Based on the data I've been able to compile the battery life on the Pixel 4 (4.5 to 5.5 hours on average) is pretty much the same as the Samsung S10. The adaptive battery feature works well on Pixel devices after it learns your habits and I think alot of reviewers hurt their battery by using battery monitoring apps because it inhabits battery optimization.

  22. Google Pixel (and PIxelbook) and Google support was awful experiences with the products and support and actually turned me to try Apple for the first time in my life. I'd been Google and Android user and fan for many years. However, I became increasingly frustrated with the bugs with the Pixel stock droid OS. It increasingly felt like I was always using beta and often felt half-baked. The great camera kept me for a while longer. Ironically, I felt the droid OS on PIxel was really copying the iOS gesturs but was half-baked and frustrating. Then, the awful PIxelbook experience where the monitor got dead pixels (ironic right?) and then the replacement under warrentee also got dead pixels and that occurred only 2 months out of the 1 year warrentee, pushed me over the edge. Google support was awful and had a highly apathetic attitude and didn't seem in any way interested in retaining my business. So, I decided to try Apple. I got sale with Verizon for the iPhone 11 pro for $398. After a bit of a learning curve, although I miss a couple of shortcuts, the experience is proving very good. The OS is super smooth and far less buggy. I came into this switch / trial as a sceptic so, no bias towards Apple products at all and so far, I'm liking it. I can safely say that the iMessage will never be the thing that snares me and keeps me, (like so many). If I stay with Apple, it'll be the overall experience and, so far, so good.

  25. Pixel 4 failed because the only thing it offered was the gesture gimmick. If they want to make a comeback, the 4a should be a full flagship device which would be what the 4 should have been. If they don't do that they will fade into oblivion and any future pixel iteration will be ignored. #direprediction
