  4. Also…something else ive been wanting to say about how to try & identify something is suss. Ive worked in a call centre (a legit one lol) and the severe lack of customer service skills is APPALLING! The lack of active listening, the lack of acknowledgment & explanation, the snapping etc….nooooo professional company would allow someone who speaks to 'customers' like the way they do, continue to be employed.

    Also..when i had to make outbound calls, i had people who were suss about it (which is good!) and i would tell them no dramas at all, feel free to go directly to the website of the company (no google) and find the phone number of their own accord & call back. If anyone that your talking to has an issue with that, it aint legit. Dont think this would work if theyre already connected to your computer as they can change tje html script yeah?

  6. Oh my goodness….loving this stream! Shame i missed it live! Absolutely LOVE all of the love from all the callers! And the moment with the caller who said never apologise for being you. I felt that as I have struggled with the same thing. I was nearly in tears! YOU GUYS ARE SUCH AWESOME HUMANS!!!!! ❤

  8. I have been enjoying this channel for a couple years now. I really like when he starts revealing the scammers information to them. For example: he will start inputting the scammers information inside the scammers form. This form is supposed to be his information not the scammers.

  20. I'm 27 and once had someone call me for a debt collection for college and I have never been to college. So when I picked up the phone:

    "hello?"

    "Hi, this is (name of person) with the NYS (whatever debt collection company) and wanted to let you know you have an outstanding balance of $2000, how would you like to pay?"

    (Mind you, I'm at work, and again I've never been to college, and they called me.)

    "Oh, yeah may I get your name please?"

    "My name is (insert mame here)."

    "Okay cool, so again can you tell me what youre calling about?"

    "We're calling to inform you that you have an outstanding balance of $2000 for your college tuition repayment and are reaching out to see if you would like to schedule a payment or pay the entire amount."

    "Oh, I don't go to school."

    "Oh… *hangs up without saying another word*"

  27. I wish i had just some money to send for your cause it"s great!!! Im 65 on SSI and Ive had to put scam alerts on everything cause my son caught me giving my info!!!!thank God he caught me but he hadnt always

  35. You think these India scammers are terrible? Take a look how scammers in Cambodia are treated. They are literally beaten, tazed, sold from one scam center to another. They are Chinese people that they bring over promising them jobs. I saw a video of one of them that was beaten so badly and they refused to take him to the hospital. He ended up jumping from the 3rd floor just to get away!!! He hurt himself so badly that he laid in the alley unable to walk or get away. He got lucky and a taxi driver drove by and found him and took him to the hospital!!! But if this taxi driver never drove by, who knows what would have happened to him.

  36. My grandma had a good one, the guy was pretending to be my cousin. He even new his name and wanted her to send him money because he was stuck in Mexico. Haha…Yeah well she had just talked to him because he was sitting there a few minutes ago. Was great 😂❣

  38. I love the scammer payback song of course the choruses was stuck in my head all day long but I'm curious does anyone else when the scammer or pierogi says hold the line start singing in their head just give me the line I've got to goooooooo blah blah blah blah Blaaaaahhh😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
    I'm really not a fan of pop because it's so catchy and when you don't like the songs is when they stick in your head years and years later when you hear something like what I hear on this channel and start singing it
