Never thought I would feel sorry for a scammer. I applaud his honesty, and the fact Pierogi treated him with respect. It doesn’t mean I agree with what he does as a scammer.

Rarely do you see any real attempts by Indian "law" enforcement to handle the situation. BBC or another agency does a documentary and an arrest is made. Trilogy Media has gone to India with all documentary proof and turned it over to cyber crimes division, to what result ? Video cameras capture law enforcement raids and it is so easily seen as a set up !!! Without the excellent and constant work of your teams it would be a free for all !!!

If you think about it, this is simi the fault of American big business. They started out sourcing their call centers to other countries. So that opened the door for scammers. Because Americans believe that they will always be stuck talking to someone from another countries that older Americans barely understand. And the scammers know just enough info to seem like they are who they say they are. Truly help your Parents out. Tell them the facts. Warn them not to talk to strangers on the phone. Amazon, the IRS, Wal mart, whoever you have business with will use their top people to call you (who speak english) not the call centers.
Scamming is cruel and unforgivable no matter what the circumstance the scammer is in because at the end of the day they're knowingly harming innocent people, but this was an example that it's not just completely black and white that every single person involved is complete evil scum. When he talked privately to Pierogi, it felt like he was getting a lot off his chest.
