this scam has been around 2013, i remember they tried to get me around 2014, ever since i dont fall for this BS and im surprised that this exact scam is still out there,

I had a young friend tell me he dad just made money by getting money sent to him and he then converted it to bitcoin and sent about two thirds back in bitcoin. He would only send money they sent him so he was pretty sure he couldn't lose. I said it was probably money laundering. He said, yeah, but if he didn't do it someone would. He offered to recommend me. I was curious and I would try once to see how it worked and if it would. It did work, once, but I wanted no more as I was sure it was something illegal, probably money laundering. I asked him if he was continuing. He said, no, their trick to scam PayPal's algorithm (their money making explanation wasn't working lately). I said ok, but soon had my bitcoin wallet robbed somehow. Luckily I only had had about fifty dollars there. I never gave them any info about it other than address but I am sure it was these people who did it as that's only explanation I find for their sending me money.
