Forget for a moment it's Trump, Cohen, all those names: What does it say about a defendant's mental state that he faces 34 felony counts, is watching the bullet flying straight to his head, and can't be bothered staying awake, let alone pay attention. I'm no psychologist, but I'd say he's thinking he's done, he's going to prison, just get it over with. If he honestly thought he were NOT guilty, Trump would be paying attention to every word said in court.

I can’t comment on the podcast so I’m doing it here. On the podcast version of this there is more than 5 minutes of ads. This is ridiculous. 5+ minutes of ads on an approximately 15 minute podcast is unacceptable. Like really super annoying. Fuck Trump but also fuck all your ads.
