Michael Flint really had caught on the lessons from a lot of religious centred govt. Make your subjects subject to their state religion and make them as uneducated as possible and hey presto, you have your subjects threatened by religion and their conscience. I would think the red Indians and the eskimos have priority over any policies, even about religion in schools, as they were the first settlers, if I'm not wrong. Not the Christians!!
