26. Judge Merchan lacks the balls to incarcerate Trump. He will get some little smack on the hand and let go with probation or something. I want him locked up as do many people who want justice for his crimes. I know it is unlikely but I do hope they lock him up on sentencing day.

30. trump was proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt but given his age and 'lack of criminal record' he may get probationary sentence for this – anyway he would appeal and win against any custodial sentence; however he should be sent to jail for his continual breaking of the gag order and his utter disregard for the u.s. legal system – it would be hard to appeal this since he was repeatedly warned of his mis-behavior; the message should be crystal clear that jurors, witnesses, prosecutors and judges and their families are not fair game for trump or anyone else

Could a Judge sentence him to 4 years of probation, with the restriction being one slip up and he goes to prison for years. – you KNOW he will violate his probation and that will put him to prison because he violated his probation where he could be free, except for his own violation of probation.
