The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying suspect depicted in the following video.
On May 23, 2024, an unknown Hispanic male fired several gunshots on the 300 block of E. Allegheny Ave after being knocked off of his scooter by a black sedan. Three victims were treated at local hospitals. A 47-year-old female was listed in critical condition with a gunshot wound in her face. A 45-year-old male is stable with a gunshot wound to his leg. The last victim, an 8-year-old child, is stable after suffering a graze wound to the head. As a result of the auto accident, the suspect suffered an apparent injury to his right ankle and leg and was last seen limping away from the crime scene.
