The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing tender-age. A 11-year-old Elijah Arroyo was last seen on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 2:45 p.m., on the 37XX block of North Percy Street running off with two unknown juveniles after school.
He is 4′ 11″, 95 lbs., and brown eyes. He likes to frequent the 36XX block of North Marvine Street.
