The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 56-year-old missing person Scott Bradbear. He was last seen September 27, 2023, at 11:10pm at One East Penn Square.
Scott is 6’0″, 185lbs, thin build, gray eyes, gray hair and was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, dark shorts, white shoes, and had a Bvlgari watch. Scott has tattoos on his back and upper arms.
