The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing person Richard Campbell. Richard was last seen May 24, 2024, at 3:00am on the 11xx block of E. Upsal St. Richard has been located in the past at the Cheltenham Mall and the 6900 block of N Broad St.
He is 40 years-of-age, 6’2â€Â, 180 lbs., balding, brown eyes, glasses and was last seen wearing a yellow hoodie and blue jeans.
