The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 71-year-old Kingsley Campbell. He was last seen Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30xx block of N Marvine St.
He is 5’7″, 140 lbs., brown eyes, partial gray and black hair and was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black pants.
