Missing Person Kamar Moore from the 39th District Has Been Located – Blotter

The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing person Kamar Moore. Kamar was last seen May 15, 2024, at 3:00AM, on the 33xx block of N Smedley St.

He is 19 years-of-age, 5’10”, and 165 lbs.
