Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating 40-year-old Felicia Neely, who was reported missing by her daughter. The last known sighting of Felicia was at their residence, 14xx East Upsal, on 2/2/24, at approximately 8:30 PM.
Felicia Neely is described as 5’2, 190lb, with brown eyes and black hair. Her clothing details are currently unknown. It is possible that she is operating a 2015 black Dodge Durango.
