The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old missing juvenile Daniela Osoria. She was last seen Monday, February 12, 2024, at 3:40pm on the 25xx block of S Alder St.
She is 5’1, 130lbs, thin build, light brown complexion, long black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing khaki pants, a navy-blue shirt, black sweatshirt, and black backpack.
