The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile. 12-year-old Armani Arza was last seen on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., on the 38XX block of North 10th Street.
She is 4′ 11″, 145 lbs., brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray pants, and black sandals.
