The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Jose Pagan. Jose was last seen May 13, 2024, at 5:30 PM, on the 27xx block of N. Fairhill St walking toward the corner store on the same block. Jose frequents the area of the park at 4th and Lehigh Ave and the Post Office at 217 W.

He is 90 years-of-age, 5’7,180 lbs., thin build, light complexion, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a wearing a white jacket with a Puerto Rican Flag on the front and back, blue shorts or black pants, black slide sandals, black cane and an army style baseball cap. He was seen walking south on the 2600 block of Fairhill Street toward Huntingdon Street.
