The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Geraldine M. Mitchell. Geraldine was last seen October 10, 2023, at 2:40am on the 57xx block of W. Girard Ave.
Geraldine is 78 years-of-age, 5’ 1”, 145 lbs., short length gray hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a blue shirt with gray polka dot pants, black purse, black glasses and using a black cane.
