The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Jeremiah Whatley who is missing. The complainant is reported as a run-away by his father following a dispute. The complainant is gender fluid and may appear female wearing a black wig. The complainant frequents the area of 1300 Pine Street.
He is 5’9″, 160 lbs., brown eyes and black hair.
