suspect for fraud in the 6th District [VIDEO] – Blotter

Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following still photos.

On January 23, 2024, an unknown Asian male made unauthorized withdraws from the complainants bank account from multiple TD Bank branch locations. Two $500 transactions were made at the TD Bank located on the 63xx block Roosevelt Blvd, and one $7000 transaction was made at the TD bank on the 22xx block of E Butler St totaling $8,000.
