What Happens When You Are Convicted Of A Felony

In This Video, we are going to talk about what happens when you are convicted of a felony. For anyone thinking that life is difficult without a record and might be thinking of trying to “get it” the easy way. Trust me, life is 100% tougher once you have a felony record. #prison

  1. In the UK they take your DNA just for getting arrested, doesnt even matter if you was innocent and thats just in the police cell when they take your fingerprints

  2. My buddy tried to max out instead of having suspended time and the judge wouldn't do it bc he asked the judge if he can take the full time in county. Dumbass

  3. Probation took 10 years off my life……………………………………………………………..As in I will have a heart attack if before you guys…

  4. I’ve been convicted of a couple felony’s…I NEVER—I MEAN NEVER TOLD ANYONE…and had a some corporate jobs that made 100k a year…I own my own business and a millionaire….fuck telling anyone…it’s no ones business….why tell anyone?????

  5. I knew a guy who got caught driving without a license 19 times, he actually never even had a license, when he would get caught, he would show up at court with extra packs of smokes, the judge would give him 30 days in Cook County but due to overcrowding he would get out after 2 weeks, finally his last time at court the judge gave him 150 hours of community service because he said the guy prefers jail over it

  6. have been pretty fortunate my dad owens his own logging company. My brother owns his own dock and boat hoist company so I dont really have to worry about work having 2 fellons. But iv seen guys were they couldn't find jobs and get violated. But working with my dad we moved jobs every month or so. So I had to log were I went the times and always had to have my phone on me so I could answer my po when he called. And had the ankle bracelet on top of that. Fun times man fun times.

  7. @22:13. YOU are COMPLETELY 100% CORRECT…EVERY-TIME you go through the jail, prison processing system “AFTER” a successful conviction, DNA WILL be extracted from yourself, EVERY-TIME and entered into the national database.😩 I remember society was 100% onboard when when it was FIRST proposed, to be implemented for “sexual offenders” ONLY. Then through the years it had gotten changed for sexual offenders and felons. Here in Florida, I believed it had gotten changed AGAIN now to ALL NEW ARREST. Politics, it “slowly” eased into policy and now many who voted for the change are looking back wondering how in the hell it happened because now the elite are endangered when they have 1 too many drinks at the local bar, get stopped and arrested on a DUI and have their DNA taken only to worry about a date who said no, many years ago and now have a fresh rape charge to contend to with. Good luck🤔😩🤪

  8. I want to come on your show for free. I was a deputy for ten years. A correctional officer for 14. Hso jail, ncc, pcc, dmcc, grcc . This would be interesting.

  9. Pointless RAMBLING. No solutions and no advice that can make anyones life better. Its moot, propaganda to deter progeny from becoming felons. People make mistakes (PERIOD). YOU ARE FOREVER JUDGED BASED ON WHAT MISTAKE YOU MADE. Typically a life sentence.

  12. Here’s an interesting thing about being a felon in my state, if a felon is riding with someone without a record, the cop can pull over and search the innocent persons car just because a felon is inside it.

  13. I'm not a felon, but they took hair follicles, prints, and blood right after I went to court after my first arrest. I beat my charge and I'm still on Registry as a criminal

  14. In Australia 🇦🇺 if you don’t give parole 24 hours notice that you moved or got kicked out of home u will get a return to jail warrant, even though at times when you’ve never been to jail

  15. I must admit when I was on parole for 2 years they did give me more than the usual warnings because I kept on drinking when I wasn’t allowed to but unfortunately I ended up doing those 2 years in jail because I got kicked out of my home, I edited it because I forgot to mention I forgot to give them 24 hours notice and during the day I was walking down the road and a cop van parked near me with two female cops telling me I got a return to prison warrant even though I was only out for 2 weeks

  16. Joe, I enjoy your work.. Never got a state or fed vacation, but know it's a possibility at all times.. while I HOPE I'll never need this advice, I'm THANKFUL to have it… cheers brother.
